Youth are not only the future; they are the here and now. In the Bible, youth are called to live for Christ, right now, to serve the body of Christ, right now, and to make Him known, right now. Our desire in the Crossfire youth ministry is for every youth, as well as the whole church, to realize this.

Several features of our youth ministry help us train them for this goal. First, the main youth event is our Wednesday evening event. This is a time to study the Word of God and spend time together playing games and hanging out. Second, we do an activity every month that is service, ministry, entertainment, or parent related. Third, on Sunday morning the youth have their own Sunday school. In all of this, the ministry seeks to come along side and supplement the parent's ministry to their child, believing parents are the key disciplers of the children.
